The bar with the best view in town has got to be the one tucked away in the rocks at Cala Banys.
A little bit difficult to reach owing to the rocky foot paths and steps but at least when you get there you can sit and have a nice relaxing drink.
Oh yes...I forgot to mention, although these photos weren't taken today its finally stopped raining !

On the day of 16th may, me and 400 other students from the town of Helsingborg in Sweden will be visiting lloret de mar for a week. we've all been looking forward to it for so long, and now, according to the weather prognose, it'll be raining the whole week! i just hope that we at least get ONE sunny day :( PRAY FOR THE WEATHER IN LLORET
and btw, is it cold there? do you have to wear a jacket?

Hi S,thanks for your comment. Yes we have had a lot of rain but it is still warm. You will need a jacket for the night time maybe. The weather should be better by the time you arrive.Temperature now is 16c at 10am...so not too bad.

How about the water temperature? And are there really jellyfish this season, or is that an attempt like every year (we're already used to it) by our local media to say don't go on holiday abroad, stay in Belgium/Flanders?
So far the sea hasnt warmed up...neither has the weather. Judging by today though it may have started! I did read somewhere that they are expecing more jelly fish this year, but that is usually late July - August.
