Llorets Formula 1 event has got off to a good start today, all in the carousel square are activities for all age groups....but just across the road the long line of Ferraris and Lamborghinis are getting most attention from the car enthusiasts! If anyone fancies taking any one of these cars out on the road then you can do so for a cost of €60. An experienced driver will sit alongside you as you drive around the bends of the Tossa de Mar road towards Camping Canyelles.

Out & about today in Lloret today

To mark this weekends Formula1 in Barcelona, Lloret de Mar is hosting their own 3 day event around the centre of town with exhibitions of cars, driving simulators, go carts, live music, late night shopping and lots more. So before the start to this busy weekend we went out and about to just a couple of Llorets more peaceful settings. The first pictures are from the lake at the urbanisation of Aguaviva just on the outskirts of town. The last picture is looking down onto to Treumal beach from the little church of Santa Christina where a new area of pathways and steps have been created giving much easier access to both beaches of Santa Cristina and Treumal.
